Client wins claim after a faulty kerb during a dog walking accident: £8,550

Our client sustained injuries whilst out walking his dog. The kerb, which he was walking over, was broken and displaced causing our client to stumble, fall and fracture his finger. He was unable to work for a period of a few months.

We arranged for our client to have an orthopaedic assessment and following disclosure of the medical report we were able to negotiate settlement of his claim without the need for Court. Damages for pain, suffering and loss of amenity: £8,550.00.
