£25,000 compensation for passenger after serious car accident

Our client was seriously injured whilst travelling as a passenger in her friend’s vehicle. A vehicle approached them from the opposite direction, crossed the central barrier line and collided with their vehicle head on. Mrs J sustained many injuries in this accident, including a fractured ankle and a dislocated elbow, and remained in hospital for a lengthy period.

She was largely immobile after the accident for a prolonged period so we visited our client at home and hospital. We were able to negotiate settlement of our client’s claim away from the court room. Damages for pain, suffering and loss of amenity: £25,000.
